I'm a Yoga Therapist and Women's Wellness Specialist. I specialize in nervous system regulation and women’s stress physiology. I do this through therapeutic nervous system regulation work rooted in Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda and somatic practice.

It blends somatic practices, mindfulness, breathwork, and mindful movement that signal safety to your nervous system so your body naturally shifts out of fight-or-flight. (This is backed by research on breath/stress regulation practices.)

No worries! You have lifetime access to all materials, so you can complete the journey at your own pace. Simply pick up where you left off whenever you're ready.

Not at all! This reset is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. There is no need to have any experience with yoga, somatics or mindfulness.

Each day's practice is approximately 15 minutes, designed to fit easily into your schedule. You can do them in the morning, evening, or whenever works best for you. The two Live meet-ups are longer, around 60 minutes, so we can best help you settle in and take advantage of the 7-day reset.

All you need is a quiet space, comfortable clothing, and occasionally a yoga mat (or soft surface). Optional props like blankets or cushions can enhance your experience, but they're not required.

After purchase, you'll receive immediate access to all seven days of guided practices through your account. You can stream them online or download them to practice offline. The links for the Live meetups will be sent to your email with reminders.
