Breathe Free is a 4 week online course designed to help give you tools to relieve pandemic fatigue and Long Covid as we move into the new year!

Breathe Free Course Week by Week

Week 1

Breath & Support >> Increase breath awareness, discuss anatomy of breathing and practice various techniques, implement 3Ps (Pace, Plan Prioritize) for daily support, plus a short Yoga Nidra (guided awareness)

Week 2

Listen, Move & Connect >> Increase body awareness, discuss and practice easing the body and how to include gentle movement into daily life, plus a moving meditation

Week 3

Ground & Balance >> Discuss and practice tips and tools to relieve brain fog, anxiety and depression, plus a gentle movement and Yoga Nidra practice

Week 4

Free & Release >> Review yogic tools, Q&A, and finish with relaxing movement and Yoga Nidra practice
