Tess guided us through many different ways to help us feel more in tune with ourselves: from breathing techniques and guided mediations, to journalling tips and body awareness. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone who’s looking to become more aware of their wellbeing and how to incorporate mindfulness into their day-to-day life through a variety of different techniques - at any time of the year.
