Hi! I’m Tess Jewell-Larsen, MA, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, RYPT, YACEP.

I'm a Yoga Therapist and Women's Wellness Specialist. I specialize in nervous system regulation and women’s stress physiology.

I work with high-functioning women who look calm on the outside but experience sleep disruption, tension, and stress-driven exhaustion underneath.

This workshop brings together therapeutic yoga, somatic awareness, and nervous system science in a way that’s simple, practical, and actually works in real life.
