Breathe Free is a 4 week online series designed to help give you tools to relieve pandemic fatigue and Long Covid as we move into the new year.
Breathe Free will give you the tools you can use on a daily basis to help you lift the pandemic fog, build confidence, and enjoy life, again.
Four Tuesdays live on Zoom in January 18, 25 & February 1, 8
7pm CET | 6pm GMT | 10am PST (75mins)
Week 1: Breath & Support >> Increase breath awareness, discuss anatomy of breathing and practice various techniques, implement 3Ps (Pace, Plan Prioritize) for daily support, plus a short Yoga Nidra (guided awareness)
Week 2: Listen, Move & Connect >> Increase body awareness, discuss and practice easing the body and how to include gentle movement into daily life, plus a moving meditation
Week 3: Ground & Balance >> Discuss and practice tips and tools to relieve brain fog, anxiety and depression, plus a gentle movement and Yoga Nidra practice
Week 4: Free & Release >> Review, Q&A, and relaxing movement and Yoga Nidra practice
