Rest & Recharge is designed for you, whoever you are, to take an hour in your weekend to reset the nervous system and recharge the batteries. The class is a gentle, restorative practice focusing on breath awareness, mindful movement, pranayama (breathwork) and short meditations.
Rest & Recharge is a hybrid session and can either be joined virtually through Zoom or in-person in the park.*
I'm a keen believer that yoga is for everyone, and through the benefits of yoga--breath, mindfulness and movement--we can find our inner wisdom, find comfort in our own space and fly with it.
