Here’s a little reminder for you to check-in with yourself (without judgement!) and send yourself a little love!

Soften your tongue

Unclench your jaw

Release your shoulders

Take a deep breath in...

Let it out slowly.............

(Repeat as needed!)

Ask yourself if there’s any baby step you can take to bring in more ease and comfort into your day. And then, as best as you can, take that baby step.
