"I worked with Tess to improve on my personal yoga practice and daily practices. Tess was very supportive and so encouraging. Tess provided great advice, guidance and I learnt so much from her. After every session Tess sent through an email with goals and yoga forms to practice in-between sessions. If you are looking for someone to improve your mental health, well being or to make positives changes in your life Tess is the yoga therapist to work with you."

-SONYA, YOGA THERAPY, NEW ZEALAND

"Tess has a wonderful way of guiding you towards more awareness for your body, mind and emotions. Always giving helpful tools and exercises to help you learn about yourself."

-KARIN, YOGA THERAPY, BELGIUM

"Highly recommended the pregnancy classes! My partner and I completed specialised yoga sessions with Tess when I was in my third trimester of pregnancy. Tess took the time to listen and understand what we wanted to gain from the sessions making them highly beneficial. Each class left me feeling deeply relaxed, more connected to my baby and body, and importantly, better prepared for labour. We learnt a lot of tools that we could use on our own at home and in the labour room - thanks Tess!"

-REBECCA, PRIVATE PREGNANCY, SPAIN

"I received a series of somatic coaching sessions from Tess and walked away with a number of simple yet powerful tools to help me build awareness of and listen to my body. Tess has an incredibly calming presence (even over Zoom!) and holds space with so much compassion and tenderness. I really learned a lot from her and her mindfulness expertise, AND I learned a lot from myself through her gentle yet wise facilitation."

Many of my clients come to me navigating a health challenge—whether it’s mental health, pain, injury, surgery recovery or preparation, managing a chronic condition or pregnancy.

The beauty of yoga therapy is that it’s fully customized to you. No one-size-fits-all here. We’ll create practices that support your body’s unique needs, ensuring each pose and technique is both safe and beneficial for your healing journey.

And of course, always consult your healthcare provider. If you’re working with a psychologist, physical therapist, massage therapist, or another practitioner, I’m happy to collaborate with your care team to further support your recovery and well-being.

Absolutely! Yoga therapy isn’t just for those managing health conditions—it’s a holistic practice that enhances your overall well-being.

For instance, physical yoga poses can improve your posture, flexibility, strength, and balance, leaving you feeling more vibrant and energized. Breathwork and meditation help reduce stress, improve sleep, and even strengthen your relationships.

When we work together, it’s helpful to have a wellness goal in mind—whether it’s improving balance, easing stiffness, or simply feeling more at home in your body.

Yoga therapy is for anyone seeking greater health and vitality.

Ayurvedic Nutrition Coaching is a holistic and personalized approach to food and lifestyle rooted in the ancient Indian system of Ayurveda. Rather than focusing solely on calories or food groups, it takes into account your unique mind-body constitution (dosha), digestion (agni), current imbalances, and even the time of year to support overall well-being.

It's important to note that Ayurvedic Nutrition Coaching is not a replacement for working with a licensed dietitian or nutritionist. As an Ayurvedic Nutrition Coach, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, I work alongside the plans prescribed by licensed professionals, offering supportive guidance through the lens of Ayurveda. My role is to be a resource and a guide—helping you implement changes that align with your body’s natural rhythms and supporting sustainable wellness.

Yes! I’ve worked with many couples, particularly for birth preparation and deepening connection. I’ve also guided small groups of close friends supporting each other toward a shared goal. Package rates will be adjusted to reflect the additional planning and preparation.

Feel free to reach out, and we can discuss what works best for you!

By the end of our time together, many of my clients feel confident enough to continue their yoga practice on their own.

That said, consistency is key, and ongoing support can make a big difference. Once your package is complete, we can explore options like regular private sessions, periodic check-ins, or group classes—whatever aligns with your goals and needs.

Everyone’s journey is unique, and I’m here to support you in whatever way serves you best.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and allows you to move freely! No need for fancy yoga gear—some of my clients even wear their everyday clothes to our sessions.

Typically, yoga is done barefoot, so you’ll want to be ready to slip off your shoes and socks. But if you need to wear shoes for any reason (like a brace or neuropathy), we’ll easily adapt the practice to suit your needs—no worries at all!

I would also suggest having a journal or something you can write in, on hand. Plus, depending on what we're working towards, I may suggest you have certain other props like blocks, pillows, blankets, a yoga strap, etc. If you don't have a specific prop, we can always work around what you do have available at home!
