Join me in Morning Pause 'n Tea!

Spring is in the air here in Northern Spain: the daffodils are popping their sunny faces out, the giant white Asturias calla lilies are opening and even some of my succulents are starting to bloom.
With the changing of seasons, there are also some changes that will be happening in my business, too. Nothing drastic per se, mainly just how I’ll be connecting with you on a weekly basis.
I feel incredibly fortunate that on average almost 50% of my weekly newsletter readers open my newsletters. This is a really high open rate (just to give a comparison: a good average is usually considered to be around 25%). So thank you, %FIRSTNAME%, so much for coming back week by week to read what I have to say.
I love writing my weekly newsletters to you. I put a lot of time into them each week, from the “what should I write about” thought process to actually putting it down on the page, editing, to setting it up on the platform and scheduling it to send out to you. (Or in this case, hitting send as soon as I finish it because I’ve been debating how to write this newsletter to you for far too long.)
I know a lot of you have mentioned that you enjoy reading the weekly newsletters, you connect with them and you gain lots of good tools from them. I absolutely love to hear this. It honestly makes my day when you reach out and connect with me over something I have written or shared with you.
I’ve spent a long time thinking about how I can create a community around these Monday newsletters that I send out, so you can not only connect with me but also connect with others. And a way that you can also keep them as a database that you can more easily return and search through instead of sifting through the gazillion emails that arrive in your inbox everyday (at least if your inbox looks anything like mine). I recently came across a platform where I can do just that: Substack.
Maybe you’ve heard of Substack, maybe you haven’t. It’s become pretty popular over the last few years. It’s a platform designed and created for writers to share their work and create a community around it. Fancy that, something I’ve been dreaming about actually exists (thank you coders and people who design apps!).
So I have decided, starting in March, that I will be fully shifting my newsletters from my current newsletter platform here on OfferingTree to Substack. I’m calling it Morning Pause ’n Tea.

There will be a free option that, just like the newsletters you have received up until now, you will get a weekly email on Mondays with tips and tools to find balance and ease. Plus some other weekly goodies.
Then there will also be a paid option (we’re talking like less than a 1€ a week!) where you’ll not only get the Monday Pause emails, but you will also get access to a Weekend Edition that will be filled with other goodies like recipes, mindful movement and breath work sequences, interviews, essays and more. Plus you’ll be able to join a the community and share your wins, reflections and find accountability in showing up for yourself.
I would love for you to join Morning Pause 'n Tea in any way you can (either free or paid). Because I want you to know that you’re always welcome here, even without paying a cent. I’m honestly so grateful for whatever way you want to continue to connect with me.
