I've received a few questions about The Yoga Feast and I thought I'd share the answers with you in case you're curious, too.

#1: Are these classes live or pre-recorded? In general the classes are all pre-recorded (24 Days of Slowing Down, Winter Connection and the Online Membership Studio) but with the 1 month membership you will also get access to the live sessions. AND! Starting in January there is a new series coming up, so you can use your free month of the membership for the start of the series! More details coming soon about that. But just as a teaser: It’s a good way to start a new year!

#2: Do I need to take them at a specific time? Nope! You have three months to use the different “feast courses” and they don’t have to be done at the same time. And because the sessions are pre-recorded you can do them whenever and wherever you like!

#3: Can I play the classes on my tv? Yes! Just go to the web browser on your Smart TV, go to www.tytoniyoga.com, sign in to your account and play whatever video you want to do that day! You could also cast it from your phone, depending on your phone and your TV.

#4: Can I gift it to someone else? Yes! When you go to pay for the Yoga Feast, there will be a check box you can click to purchase the package for someone else. When you click that you can enter their name, email and a special message for them. You can also let me know ahead of time and I can personalize a gift card for them, too!
