Morning Flow

Morning Flow is an online, small group yoga class adapted to you. It is a mixture of traditional Hatha and flow asanas, with many different variations offered to help individuals in the class find poses that best work for them at that moment, along with pranayama (breathwork) and short meditation practice.

I'm a keen believer that yoga is for everyone, and through the benefits of yoga--breath, mindfulness and movement--we can find our inner wisdom, find comfort in our own space and fly with it.
