Rise & Energize

It can often be a slug getting up in the morning before work, especially as the mornings are getting darker. Rise & Energize is all about starting you off with gentle energy in the mornings to give you that extra boost for the rest of the day.

Rise & Energize includes elements of breath work (pranayamas), movement (asana), meditation and mindfulness.
