30 Days of March Movement & Meditation

With everything going on in the world right now, let's dedicate this month to giving back: giving back to ourselves so we can best give back to others who can use our support.

30 Days of March Movement & Meditation is a daily 15 minute Zoom practice that includes an affirmation and then 10 minutes of mindful somatic movement and 5 minutes of meditation to get your day started in a positive and uplifting way.

Roll out of bed (or before you roll into bed) and show up in whatever clothes feel comfortable for you. I can almost promise you I'll be wearing PJs most of the days. (I'm a morning person... but I love staying in my PJs as long as possible!)
