I love what I do. I love working with people. I love sharing interests with people. And I really love it when I am able to share information that makes a difference in another person’s life.

And, my friend, I dearly hope that in this last year, something I have shared with you has made a difference in your life, however small it may be.

You have made a difference in my life and I want you to know how grateful I am.

As a way to show my gratitude, I want to gift you an advent calendar of self care.

We will start on December 1st and every day we’ll add in moments of self care till December 24th.

Each day you will get a video or a recording of self care moments of 20 minutes or less that will be uploaded to a library on my website. You will also receive a calendar you can download or print out.

These moments will include, amongst other things:

  • yogic movement, both restorative and energetic
  • yogic breathing exercises, warming and calming
  • meditation
  • Yoga Nidra
  • mindfulness
  • journaling prompts

The videos will be uploaded to the website in the early morning (European time) so you will be able to access them when it works best for you.

Don’t worry if you can’t join us right on December 1st, you can join in whenever as when you sign up to the library you will have access to the 24 days of self care for 3 months.

Share the 24 Days of Self Care with a friend or family member! It’s always easier to stay accountable when we do it with others.

If you join us in the Breathe Free Facebook group, each day you’ll receive a reminder, plus the ability to connect with others in the community about your experiences and journey through the 24 Days of Self Care.
