24 Days of Slowing Down

I’ve been noticing a lot of my clients and friends are pretty overwhelmed with work and other things going on in their lives lately.
I’ve been noticing that there’s a lot of, GO GO GO! and exhaustion. I’ve had clients and friends tell me, “I know I need to start slowing down and taking time for myself, but I just can’t, I don’t have time!”
I understand. This time of year is filled with deadlines and holiday preparations and parties. And while the natural world is starting to slow down, our lives tend to be more hectic than ever. I want to help you start slowing down. I want to help you tune-in and connect to yourself, so you can feel lighter and more joyful—which seems fitting for a time of year that we even SING about bringing joy to the world! And how can we send out joy if we don't give it to ourselves first?
When we think about taking care of ourselves, a lot of times we obsess over the fact that we just don’t have time for it. But the reality is, consistency is more important that the amount of time. Even a couple minutes to disconnect from the chaos of daily life can make the world of difference for our mental and physical health.
I’ve put together a series for you that helps you keep consistent but doesn’t take a lot of time out of your day.

When you sign up for 24 Days of Slowing Down you’ll receive daily videos of 10mins or less to help you start to slow down in a consistent and accessible way. You’ll also receive daily email reminders plus a calendar that you can print out or keep on your device to help visually remind you throughout the day to show up for yourself.
What types of videos will you find?
24 Days of Slowing Down is all about meeting yourself where you are at and working from there.
For just 1€ a day, you’ll start taking those consistent steps to feeling lighter and brighter as we move into the holiday season.
