I've been incredibly privileged to have spent the last week with my family exploring the natural paradise that is Costa Rica. It's been amazing. Costa Rica is just humming with life, from small to large, and I've only seen a such a small portion of what the country has to offer. Over the last week, I have truly felt the benefits of connecting to nature. (Even if there were a couple of, 'Oh my, that's a BIG spider' moments!)

Joyful nugget: Spend time in Nature

This week, I’m asking those in the Yoga for Pandemic Fatigue, Stress, Anxiety & Long COVID Facebook group to spend a little time in nature each day, and I’d love to invite you to join us!

Even just a few minutes a day in nature can increase your felt joy.

As I mention in the other June article, studies have found that even connecting to nature through recorded nature sounds can help us continue to establish our nature connectedness. If you’re looking for a way to improve how you connect to nature, I’d love to invite you to the on-demand series, Roadshow Yoga in Asturias.
