Roadshow - Yoga in Asturias

Join me on an 8 week virtual journey through the my adopted home, the natural paradise of Spain, Asturias, with two 30-minute recorded sessions delivered to you weekly! Each session I'll give you a short bit of information about my location and Asturias in general and then we'll dive into a gentle yoga session.

Asturias is located on the northern coast of Spain and is known as a natural paradise for its beautiful rugged coastline, rocky mountain peaks, lush, green forests and fertile farmland.

You don’t have to be super flexible, do a headstand, or have experience with yoga. Roadshow Yoga in Asturias is all about gently waking up and energizing the body and mind through breath-work, movement and mindfulness all while traveling virtually around Spain’s Natural Paradise.
