When we’re stressed out and overwhelmed, one of the first things we tend to stop doing—and I say this from experience!—is move. And when we stop moving, it’s more likely that our stress and tension builds up in our body… which then in turn increases our mental stress. It’s not a pretty cycle really.
I’ve been noticing lately with those I work with and even with my friends and family, that because stress levels are high at the moment, movement has reduced. Have you noticed this, too?
I want to help. Starting next week, Monday June 5th, I’m hosting a 7-Day Movement Challenge and I would love for you to join me.

This challenge is to mindfully moving every day for 7 consecutive days to release stress and tension and feel more at ease, calm and balanced.
