Thrive Yoga helps you go from a yoga beginner to someone who practices yoga regularly and confidently. I am passionate about helping beginners start their yoga journey with tons of encouragement and support. 

I do my best to provide a variety of modifications and options in all of my yoga videos to help you meet yourself where you're at in that moment. You’re not alone in Thrive Yoga – I’m here to meet you where you’re at and guide you along your journey!

Yoga can be very helpful when it comes to relieving stress and anxiety because it not only helps release stress and anxiety that gets physically stuck in the body, but it also can aid in reducing stress hormones in the body, like cortisol, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system (your "rest and digest" response), and unraveling intrusive though patterns.

Consistent practice of yoga also improves our mind-body connection, creating a better awareness around how we are feeling physically, intellectually, emotionally and spiritually, which in turn can help us take the time and actions we need to better support ourselves in the moment and throughout our life.

That being said, this membership should not be used in replacement for medical care. If you are majorly struggling with stress and anxiety, please go see medical care provider to see what is the best way to support your needs right now.

Yoga is one of the absolute best ways to care for your mind, body, and soul. Eventually, you might want to pick up 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap to help support you in certain classes. But I also give suggestions of what you might have at home that you could use instead.
