🌿 Day 4 – Balancing the Breath: Breathwork to calm the nervous system using alternate nostril breathing and humming.
🌿 Day 5 – Finding Stillness Beneath the Noise: A deeply restorative 15-minute yoga nidra meditation for total relaxation.

How long are the daily sessions?

Do I need yoga experience?
No, all sessions are beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step.
Is this really free?
Yes! The challenge is completely free. At the end, you’ll have the option to continue inside my Thrive Membership or work with me 1:1 if you’d like deeper support.
What do I need?
A quiet space, a yoga mat or comfortable floor, and an open mind.
Will the challenge always be free?
Nope. You'll have access to it for free the first couple weeks of November 2025 and then it'll go behind a paywall and be added to the Thrive membership. If you're a member, you'll have access to it for as long as you have a membership!
