This 21-min practice takes you through a core activating breath technique not only helps increase core mobility and improves core strength, but it also is very good to help relax tension and dis-ease in the body. We finish with a progressive muscle relaxation.

This video can be very beneficial for during and after pregnancy or when looking to reconnect and coordinate core movement and support the pelvic floor.

This can be done seated on the floor or in a chair. Use any props, blocks, pillows, blankets, to support your practice
