Breathe Free is a 4-week therapeutic yoga series designed to help give you tools you can use on a daily basis to help you tune-in to you and enjoy life, again.

  • 4-weeks of therapeutic yoga for relieving fatigue, stress, anxiety and Long Covid
  • Week 1: Breath & Support >> Increase breath awareness, discuss anatomy of breathing and practice various techniques, tools to accessibly plan, prioritize, pace yourself, plus a short Yoga Nidra (guided awareness)
  • Week 2: Listen, Move & Connect >> Increase body awareness, discuss and practice easing the body and how to include gentle movement into daily life, plus a moving meditation
  • Week 3: Ground & Balance >> Discuss and practice tips and tools to relieve brain fog, anxiety and depression, plus a gentle movement and Yoga Nidra practice
  • Week 4: Free & Release >> Review, Q&A, and relaxing movement and Yoga Nidra practice
