Core & Back Mobility [30 mins]

This 30-min sequence is designed to bring mobility, gentle strength and ease into the core and back. If you are noticing any tightness or dis-ease in the back, this could sequence could be helpful. As always, be sure to meet yourself where you're at and make any adjustments that suit your body in the present moment.

This sequence can be used postnatally. If you are pregnant and starting to show and want to do this sequence you can; but, there is one posture that has you lying on the abdomen which you may want to adjust.

If it is uncomfortable to lie on the abdomen for any reason, you could do it standing against the wall instead or just standing in tadasana and lifting one arm, or arm and leg, at a time.

Use any props, blocks, pillows, blankets, to support your practice.
