This 5-min seated sequence (it can also be done standing if you feel you need to get up!) is designed as a short mindful break to release upper body tension. If you've been sat in front of a computer all day, this might be a good sequence to do get some movement and release back into the body to not only help release physical tension, but also focus and ease the mind.
