Endometriosis Relief [60 mins]

This is a 60min session focused on relieving and managing fatigue and discomfort, especially focused on relieving endometriosis symptoms. If you are feeling fatigued and in discomfort, this sequence will help.

We will be using pillows and blankets in this practice. Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.
