Energize the Morning [60 mins]

This is a 64min session focused on energizing the body through movement and breath, including Bhastrika* and bhramari pranayama. If you are feeling sluggish and want to increase your energy or your feeling a bit overwhelmed and want to work some of the nervous energy off to feel a bit more balanced, this session is for you. The session is a replay.

Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.

Acceptable for Prenatal & Postnatal
*If you are pregnant please skip the bhastrika pranayama and go for more calming breath work like 4x4 breathing.
