This is a 65min session focused on energizing and balancing the body through breath, movement and play. If you are feeling like you could use a little more energy and balance in your life this session is for you. If you have any heart disease, high blood pressure, are pregnant or know that fast breathing practices and breath holding isn't right for you, please skip the Kapalabhati and Bhastrika pranayama at the beginning. This session is a replay.

Use any pillows, rolled blankets, blocks or chair that you feel will support your practice.
