Exercises for Plantar Fasciitis [10 mins]

This is a series of exercises designed to help relieve symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis. We'll work on gently stretching, moving, contracting and releasing the feel and lower legs.

Please note: If you are experiencing what you believe to be plantar fasciitis, please go to your doctor to get checked first so they can let you know what will and will not work for your body. These exercises are simply for education, they are not meant to diagnose or specifically treat your feet.

Suggested props: chair, tennis ball or massage ball, hand towel and/or bath towel
