Exercises for Shoulder Tendonitis [23 mins]

This video walks you through a series of 8 exercises that can be helpful for releasing discomfort, creating more space and gently strengthening the shoulder when experiencing tendonitis.

Please always meet yourself where you are at and not force anything. When doing these exercises, always work within these 5 regulation principles: awareness, soft breath, soft body, feeling of safety & NO regrets (as in, you won't regret the exercise the next day).

Suggested props: chair, table or countertop, wall, resistance band (start with lightweight!), and a light weight (perhaps starting first with a yoga block then progressing to something heavier)
