Exploring Balance Flow [60 mins]

This is a 60min session focused on exploring balance through movement and breath work, it also has elements of strength building, and includes Bhastrika pranayama (billows breath) and Anuloma Viloma (alternate nostril breathing). The session is a replay.

Use any pillows, rolled blankets, blocks or chair that you feel will support your practice.

Acceptable for Prenatal* & Postnatal
*If you are pregnant it is recommended avoid the Bhastrika pranayama.
