Fascial Release for Easing Back & Pelvic Floor [13 mins]

This is a 13min practice to roll out the feet and hips to help ease tension and dis-ease in the body, especially in the back and pelvic floor.

We'll use a ball for rolling (maybe a tennis ball, lacrosse ball or something softer if that feels better in your body).

Please meet yourself where you're at at all times and remember these five things while practicing:

  1. Awareness
  2. Soft Breath
  3. Soft Body
  4. Feelings of Safety
  5. No Regrets

Use a wall or a chair if you feel will support your practice.
