This is a 30min session focused on waking up the body to get it moving and ready for the day. If you are feeling like you need an extra little boost at the beginning of your day (or whenever!), this sequence will help.

If you have a scarf or yoga strap, you may want it for this session.

Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.
