This 15-min practice is designed to help you feel grounded and supported to then start to open up to whatever is arising for you in this moment. It's not always easy to open up to our own vulnerability, so take your time with it. It doesn't have to be a lot, perhaps it's just peeking through the curtain a little, so to speak.
Recommended props: Blanket, pillow/bolster and maybe a 2 blocks.
