Grounding in Breath [60 mins]

This is a 60min session focused on grounding the mind and body through gentle movement, breath and holds. If you are feeling the need to reconnect and ground, this sequence will help.

We will be using pillows/bolsters. Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.
