Happy Hips [60 mins]

This is a 60min session focused on stretching and strengthening the hips and pelvis. If you are feeling tight and achy in your hips and pelvis, this sequence will help.

We will be using a chair (or sofa!) for a part of this session. Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.
