Heat to Release [60 mins]

This is a 60min session focused on heating up the body and core, warming things up so we can better release and find ease, including kapalabati and bhastrika pranayama. If you are feeling you have a lot of pent up tension that needs to be released or just want to get your body moving, fire up your core and get your heart rate up for a bit to then slow it down and find a little more ease, this sequence will help. This session is a replay.

Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.

Caution: If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or epileptic, either do the kapalabati and bhastrika breath work very slowly or avoid it altogether. If you start feeling dizzy or uncomfortable for whatever reason, use a gentle paced breathing or bees breath instead.
