Hold to Release [60 mins]

This is a 60min session focused on using calming breath work and holds to release physical and mental tension. The session is a replay.

Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.

Acceptable for Prenatal* & Postnatal
*There is a short section where we are on our back, if this is uncomfortable either use pillows to prop up the torso or do it seated in a chair.
