I Am That Release [60 mins]

This is a 60min session focused on connecting with ourselves and releasing tension through gentle So Hum breathing and mindful movement and holds. If you are feeling the need to reconnect with yourself and release tension, this sequence will help.

We will be using pillows/bolsters and blankets. Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.
