This is a 60min session focused on moving with deep, full inhales and exhales, through the breathing technique of bellows breath (Bhastrika). If you are feeling in the mood to bring some energy into the mind and body, this sequence is a good one.

Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.
