This is a 50min session focused on stimulating the vagus nerve through Ujjayi Pranayama (ocean breath) and gentle, fluid movement. If you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed, or just wanting a cozy flow, this sequence will help.

Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.
