Pelvic Symmetry [10 mins]

This 10min sequence is designed to help support, balance and gently strengthen the pelvis and core. If you are experiencing lower back pain, or feel uneven in your pelvis and hips, this sequence can be very beneficial.

This sequence was adapted from the Pelvic Symmetry Sequence from Pelvic Health specialist, Shannon Crow.
