Prenatal Strength & Release [50 mins]

This 50-minute prenatal yoga practice is designed to gently strengthen and release the body while nurturing a deeper connection with your baby. We’ll move through supportive, pregnancy-safe postures to build strength, explore breath as a tool for meeting and softening discomfort, and cultivate trust in your body’s innate wisdom. The practice finishes with grounding release and deep relaxation for both body and mind.

Meet yourself exactly where you are—there’s no need to push or strive, only to listen and respond with care.

Suggested props: two blocks, a bolster (or two pillows in one pillowcase), a strap or hand towel, and a chair or wall for support.
