Quick Flow [8 mins]

This is a 8-min, quick movement session is to help you move the whole body if it's feeling stiff and sluggish. If you have been working for a long time or just need a little movement breath, this sequence will help.

Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.

Acceptable for Prenatal* and Postnatal.
*Instead of coming onto the belly in cobra pose, you can do a cat/cow instead.
