Quick Leg Pump [6 mins]

This short 6 minute sequence is all about getting the legs pumping to lift energy and strengthen legs and core. If you don't have a lot of time, but want to work your legs core a bit, this sequence is for you!

If you are experiencing pelvic girdle pain, please avoid wide legged stances and keep your feet about hip distance apart.

Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.
