Restorative Release [12 mins]

This is a 12-min session focused on inviting restorative release into the body and mind through holding various supported postures and very gentle movement. If you are feeling fatigued or in need of more supportive, comforting release this sequence will help.

Suggested props:

  • one big pillows (or bolsters)
  • a block or throw pillow
  • a blanket
