This is a 60min restorative session is focused on creating self-compassion and slowly opening the heart. If you are feeling you could use the practice of self-compassion and slowing down, this sequence will help. This session is a replay.
Please have: a bolster or two bed pillows, a couple of blocks or big books and a blanket.
Use any other pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.
