This 40-minute Restorative Yoga sequence is designed to help you release physical and emotional tension and dis-ease. When our body is in its fight/flight/freeze response (sympathetic nervous system) it holds onto emotional dis-ease and trauma, which in turns causes the body to remain in the fight/flight response creating a vicious cycle. It's important to allow our body to release through supportive, calming practices like this one.
