Skummy Days [50 mins]

This is a 50min session focused on loving and embracing the body and mind. If you are feeling down in the dumps, having a bad day or just want a little extra loving kindness, this sequence is for you.

We will use a scarf/yoga strap in this session. Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.
