Somatic Nervous System Balance [10 mins]

This 10-minute sequence is designed to help you balance and reset the nervous system. When you're stressed out and overwhelmed, the nervous system gets caught in hyper-vigilance overdrive which can make it difficult to focus, communicate, rest and sleep. This short sequence is designed to help you step out of that overdrive and restore inner balance so you can move through your day or sleep through the night more easily.

You can do this from your bed or on your mat. The coziness of the bed can help the nervous system feel even more supported. Add in any extra props that you might want to support your practice. If you have access to a wall/headboard to rest your feet on, I highly suggest it!
