Spring Buzz Release [60 mins]

This is a 60min session focused on releasing the body through breath and stretching. If you are feeling tired and stiff, this sequence will help.

We will be using pillows and a scarf/yoga strap for this session. Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.
